No. Namma Billava never collects or handles any money for sanghas. Membership fees, renewals, donations, scholarship funds and any other payments go directly to your sangha, in person or into the sangha's own bank account.
Only your own office bearers, according to their role. Member phone numbers are never shown on your public page, and other sanghas cannot see your list.
No. Save the sheet as CSV and upload it. You can review the entries and fix any errors before they are saved.
Each office bearer gets their own login with a role: President, Secretary, Treasurer or Prathinidhi. Each role sees only what it needs.
You can stop using Namma Billava at any time. There is no bulk download of member lists today; this keeps them from leaking. Write to us if you need help with your records.
